Role and Responsibilities 

  • Research account discrepancies utilizing critical thinking skills.

  • Resolve discrepancies by submitting requests for corrections & following through until the customer account is correct.

  • Interact with customers to resolve discrepancies on accounts.

  • Reconcile bank statements.

  • Maintain G/L accounts, A/R, A/P and journal entries.

  • Familiar with Per Diem reimbursements and Comp Data procedures.

  • Verify that reports tie back to daily bank deposits.

  • Review accounts with credit balances to determine if account maintenance is needed.

  • Enter invoices from vendors accurately, matching to purchase order log.

  • Process credit card payments for balances due & reconciles monthly credit card statements.

Job Summary

Recycling Facility Sorters are responsible for safely and efficiently processing incoming recyclable materials so that outbound commodities are acceptable for sale to brokers and mills.

Role and Responsibilities 

  • Sort and segregate recoverable materials (plastic, glass, paper, etc) from incoming waste.

  • Deposit recoverable materials safely and efficiently into appropriate chutes.

  • Assist other sorters on an as-needed basis with heavy or bulky items.

  • Follow all Company safety policies and procedures including stopping the conveyor belt in emergency situations.

  • Inspect incoming loads for unacceptable waste; remove unacceptable items as required.

  • Communicate with equipment operators regarding incoming loads of waste or other loads that may require special attention.

Route Drivers are responsible for safely operating a front, side, or rear loading truck while providing prompt, courteous and complete waste removal services for residential customers on a designated route. They ensure that vehicles are in compliance with Company safety standards, and state and federal regulations.

Role and Responsibilities 

  • Perform daily inspections to confirm vehicle is in compliance with Company safety standards, and state and federal regulations.

  • Perform complete pre/post operation inspection of the vehicle in accordance with Company policy to ensure tire pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges, and controls are in proper working order.

  • Report any safety issues on standard reports.

  • Safely operate truck along designated route and disposal site; read route sheet, follow map and service each customer as identified on route sheet or as assigned by dispatcher and/or supervisor.

  • Continuously monitor condition of vehicle to ensure it is operationally ready at all times; clean waste from blade and truck body on each disposal trip.

  • Complete required route sheets and other reports as required.
